Seberger was a resident of St. Cloud, St. Cloud president of the Stearns County Public Health Association, the first Mayor of St. Cloud, an educator, People's nominee for Secretary of State in 1894, Midroad Populist nominee for the 6th CD in 1900, independent candidate for the 6th CD in 1922, and Farmer-Labor candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 1926.
Just was a farmer from Rapidan, former state Representative (HD 11, 1911-1915), and former state Senator (SD 08, 1923-1927).
