Auditor Whitcomb was reelected to a second term.
Rahilly was a farmer from Lake City, People's nominee for HD 22 in 1894, Midroad Populist nominee for Treasurer in 1898, and Democratic nominee for SD 03 in 1902. Rahilly was first nominated for the office of Auditor by the Democrats and then later nominated by the Anti-Monopolists.
Hutchinson was an extremely popular songwriter and singer from Hutchinson who toured with his family for decades.
