Notes: Aiken was a member of the National Executive Committee of the Socialist Labor Party from 1931 to 1942. He was the Socialist Labor nominee for Massachusetts Auditor in 1928 and Governor in 1930. Aiken died eight days after a car he was driving struck a tree in Monroe, Connecticut.
