| Notes: | While Johnson won the most votes in the HD 40B election in 2024, Ramsey County District Court Judge Leonardo Castro ruled on December 20, 2024 that Johnson was not entitled to take his seat in the 2025 legislative session because he did not live in the HD 40B District. Johnson lived in Little Canada which was drawn out of HD 40B after the 2022 redistricting and thesubsequent apartment he rented in Roseville inside 40B did not satisfy residency requirements. The seat was vacant at the start of session in January 2025. |
